In order to offer Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland a good and modern workplace, the need arose for a different working environment. They have signed a long-term lease agreement for 5000 m² of office space in the White Point building in Amsterdam.

Post Rotterdam is a new 60,000m2 building project which will incorporate a high-end residential complex with 300 apartments, a unique 5-star hotel (16,000m2) with 230 rooms, and various retail outlets (8,000m2).

OfficeFirst is based at the 49th floor of the MesseTurm in Frankfurt`s Westend. The MesseTurm was Europe’s tallest building in the 1990s and still shapes the skyline of the city to this day. It was completed in 1991 by Drees & Sommer and distributed 63 floors at 257 meters.

In 2018 Drees & Sommer Netherlands was the organiser of the yearly Drees & Sommer Partner Event. This event took place on the 21st of June in the ADAM Tower in Amsterdam and was organised for partners and clients. We exchanged knowledge and spoke about innovations in our work field.

Successful repositioning of the headquarters of Aareal Bank in Wiesbaden. The design concept of the entrance area with a patio arranges the diverse levels in the building as a space-forming element and forms the representative heart of the campus. Part of the concept was also the development of a new workplace concept.

The Federation Medical Specialists consists of 32 organizations that are committed to the position, organization and financing of medical specialists. In 2018 Drees & Sommer has provided the federation with a new working environment. Included design, the workplace concept and Project Management.
